First International Appearance – Eilat, Israel
Daniel “Diffside” Araujo proudly represented Luxembourg at the eFootball World Championship, marking LESF’s debut on the global stage. With exceptional skill and composure, he secured an impressive 4th place finish, placing Luxembourg among the world’s top esports nations.

First National Event Launched – Gaming Day, Schifflange
In collaboration with the Municipality of Schifflange, LESF launched Gaming Day - a flagship national event celebrating the spirit of esports in Luxembourg. The event features a variety of competitive tournaments and offers a platform for all local associations to showcase their work, connect with the community, and promote esports across the country.

In collaboration with the Municipality of Schifflange, LESF launched Gaming Day - a flagship national event celebrating the spirit of esports in Luxembourg. The event features a variety of competitive tournaments and offers a platform for all local associations to showcase their work, connect with the community, and promote esports across the country.

From Podgorica with its top eFootball talent, to Baku fielding a competitive Rocket League team, and Oradea with a Counter-Strike squad, LESF showcased the country’s rising potential across multiple titles. The year also included participation at two of the world’s biggest stages: the IESF World Esports Championship in Bali and the Global Esports Games in Istanbul - marking a milestone year for Luxembourg’s global esports presence.
